Meet Carrie:

Carrie is a student at Southern New Hampshire University in the master's degree program for communications. She has a bachelor's degree with an emphasis on sociology and patient care, and an associate’s degree in liberal arts. She completed HCSC’s Blue University College of Pharmacy coursework, and is a certified herbalist, pharmacy patient advocate for 13 years, gardening enthusiast, practicing permaculture and homesteading, born and raised in the Midwest, surrounded by farming and gardening, she is walking the talk, and here to share all the learns along the way.

She has also worked as a manufacturing engineer, administrative assistant, and before that, accounting for a tractor parts manufacturing company, reception for a truckline, various other jobs, and owned small businesses, including a daycare, cafe, and a partner at a vintage collectible and toy store, leading to a small business perspective and global understanding.

She is a mother of three, married for over 25 years, and you can likely find her with her children, reading, crocheting, baking and preserving, painting, researching and studying, building Lego sets, thrifting, and daily in one of her greenhouses or in the garden, or here learning, sharing, and chatting with you.
